Step 1
Cook bacon until crispy and save the grease. Bring milk to a boil.
Step 2
Turn heat down to low, and whisk in grits.
Step 3
Stir until thickens, but is still a little runny. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add in cheese, bacon, butter and bacon grease.
Step 5
Season good and proper.
