Step 1
Cut tofu into wide thin squares
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu one side for 8-9 minutes and 5-6 minutes on the other side.
Step 3
Meanwhile, dice the onion and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingrediënts together.
Step 4
When the tofu is finished, transfer it to a plate.
Step 5
Fry the onion until soft and later add the garlic, for about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the sauce and the tofu back to the pan and fry for a few minutes.
Step 7
Serve with noodles or rice.
