Step 1
Pan sear chicken or other protein
Step 2
Prepare spaghetti. Once cooked, leave to the side.
Step 3
Once the chicken is done cooking, do NOT clean the pan. This oil will be used to sautee vegetables.
Step 4
Toss four cloves of minced garlic into pan.
Step 5
Throw in tomatoes (whole, not cut)
Step 6
Once tomatoes have softened, add bag of spinach.
Step 7
When spinach has wilted down, add a cup and a half of heavy cream.
Step 8
Add a tablespoon and a half of the True Lemon Pepper Spice Blend.
Step 9
Reduce for five minutes. Add a cup of grated parmesan.
Step 10
Add cooked pasta and mix into sauce.
Step 11
Plate chicken and pasta. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
