Instructions
Mu-saeng-chae
Step 1

Shred the radish and mix in the chili flakes first


Step 2

Put all the condiments and mix (only use the white parts of green onions for better taste)

Step 3

Boil the eggs(room temperature) for 6mins

Step 4

Give an ice bath and peel
Step 5

Put all the ingredients, mix and put it in the fridge for 2hours
