Ingredients

500gground beef
500gsteak
sliced
4 tablespoonspaprika
2 teaspoonsoregano
2 table spoonschilli powder
1 teaspooncayenne pepper
½ teaspoonground cinnamon
1 teaspoonground coriander
2 teaspoononion powder
1 ½ teaspoonscumin
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
2 table spoonsbutter
1green bell pepper
Lg, de-seeded and diced
1jalapeno
sliced, optional
1onion
diced
2 clovesgarlic
minced
2 spoonfulsWorcestershire sauce
12 oztomato paste can
15 oztomato sauce can
30 ozrotel
16 ozpinto beans can
ranch beans prefered
16 ozred kidney beans
16 ozblack beans canned
30 ozbeef broth
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry seasonings together in small bowl add a little salt if wanted.
Step 2
Combine ground and slice beef in a large pot at high heat and start to brown till halfway.
Step 3
Brown ground beef halfway, then add half of the spice mix, onions, peppers, garlic, and a spoonful or two of butter.
Step 4
Once the meat is browned and the vegetables are soft, add your broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and paste; bring to a light boil while stirring in the rest of the sauce, and let cook while mixing in the tomato paste until liquid.
Step 5
Add the remaining ingredients (beans and Rotel), and if you want, add the brown sugar now. Bring to a light boil for about 30 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered or partially for 60 - 120 minutes or until the chili has reached the desired thickness (longer is better).
