Step 1
In 4-quart saucepan cook ground beef, onion over med-high
Step 2
heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is not longer pink. Drain fat.
Step 3
Stir in seasoning mix; continue cooking for 1 minute.
Step 4
Sit in vegetable tomato juice and salsa.
Step 5
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (3-5 min). Best results: let simmer for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
Step 6
To serve, scoop spoonfuls of soup into bowls, garnish with desired toppings.
