Ingredients

1 stickunsalted butter
softened

2 tablespoonsgrated parmesan

1 ½ tablespoonsparsley
minced

½ tablespoonchives
thinly sliced

1.5garlic cloves
minced

¼ teaspoonsalt

black pepper

0.5baguette
cut into 1/2 inch thick slices

1 cupmarinara sauce

6 ouncesmozzarella
finely shredded

80mini pepperoni

fresh oregano
garnish

crushed red pepper flakes
garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Step 2
2. In a bowl combine butter, Parmesan, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash together.
Step 3
3. Spread butter mixture over each piece of sliced bread. Transfer bread to baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.
Step 4
4. Top each crostini with 1 tablespoon marinara. Top with shredded cheese and about 5 pepperoni.
Step 5
5. Bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 6
6. Top each crostini with fresh oregano leaves and crushed pepper flakes. Serve.
