1 cupchopped onion
1 cupgreen pepper
chopped
1 tablespoonmargarine
28 ouncecan tomatoes
chopped
4 ouncecan mushroom pieces
drained
2.25 ouncecan sliced ripe olives
drained
2 teaspoonsdried oregano
1 lbhamburger
browned & drained
12 ouncesspaghetti
cooked & drained
2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cupwater
¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, saute onion and green peppers with margarine till tender.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and hamburger.
Step 3
Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Step 4
Place half the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 baking pan.
Step 5
Top with half the hamburger mixture.
Step 6
Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Step 7
Repeat layers.
Step 8
Mix soup and water till smooth; pour over casserole.
Step 9
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 10
Bake uncovered, at 350 for 45 min.
