Instructions
Step 1
In a cold saucepan, mix together soya milk, olive oil, corn flour, garlic powder and salt.
Step 2
Turn on the heat (low heat) and stir for a couple of minutes or until your mixture will start to thicken.
Step 3
Add your soya yoghurt and keep stirring for 2 more minutes or until nice and smooth.
Step 4
Scoop half of the mixture on some cling film and wrap it up to form a little mozzarella ball. Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
Step 5
Cool your mozzarella balls in a bowl with some cold water for half an hour, then remove from the bowl and place them in the fridge overnight!
Step 6
Your vegan mozzarellas are finally ready! You can use them to make a beautiful Caprese salad like I did, or to garnish a super sexy pizza!
