Step 1
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips, etc.) into a blender cup and blend together well until it’s the consistency of a batter. Pour into 6 large muffin cups and top with chocolate chips or whatever topping you choose. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
