Ingredients

3 tspgarlic
pressed

3 tspcorriander powder

⅕ tspgaram masala

1 ½ tsppaprika

½ tspchili powder

3 Tbspplain whole milk greek yogurt

1yellow onion
large, roughly chopped

3 tspginger

½ tspcumin seeds

2cinnamon sticks

3 tspcurry powder

1 Tbspsugar

½ cupcream

2 Tbspbutter

3tomatoes
medium, roughly chopped
Instructions
Step 1
For paneer: Combine ginger, garlic, corriander, garam masala, paprika, and chili powder.
Step 2
For paneer: Rub spices on cubed paneer until well coated.
Step 3
For paneer: Add yogurt and mix until well coated with yogurt and spice
Step 4
For paneer: Let sit for 45 mins in the fridge
Step 5
For masala: Heat butter over med heat until melted. Add cinnamon sticks and cumin seeds, cook until seeds crack.
Step 6
For masala: Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are translucent.
Step 7
For masala: Add tomatoes, curry, sugar. Cook until soft. Take off heat, let cool a bit. While cooling, cook paneer.
Step 8
For paneer: While masala/curry is cooling, roast coated paneer until brown on multiple sides
Step 9
For masala: While paneer is cooking, add cream to masala/curry, cook 3 to 5 mins on medium.
Step 10
Add cooked paneer, cook 5 mins.
