Instructions
Step 1
Add 4 tablespoons butter, 1/2 diced onion, and 2 cloves garlic to a pan — cook until fragrant

Add in 1/4 cup flour — stir until paste like

Pour in 2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup heavy cream
Step 4
Add 12oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
Step 5
Add shredded chicken breast
Step 6
Bring to a simmer
Step 7
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Cut pie crust into small circles
Step 9
Grease muffin tin and add pie crust
Step 10
Fill each with pot pie filling
Step 11
Place another pie crust on top or cut strings like in video shown above

Brush with egg wash

Bake on 375 for 25-30 mins
