bookmark this HEALTHY SUMMER PASTA SALAD 🌽✨follow for more life changing salads! ingredients: 16 oz bow tie pasta 1 cup steamed corn 1 cup peas 1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes 1-2 cups grilled zucchini 1 bell pepper chopped and grilled 1 red onion diced and grilled 3/4 cup vegan feta summer vinaigrette: 1/2 cup olive oil 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp dried dill 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp garlic powder pinch of pepper and salt 1. Boil pasta 2. While pasta cooks grill peppers, zucchini, corn and onion! Sauté or roast if you don’t have a grill. 3. Microwave frozen peas. 4. Strain pasta. Add veggies to it, feta and dressing! 5. Enjoy and store in fridge for 4 days.
