Cajun Pork and Apple Burgers

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill to high Finely chop 6 spring onions and put them in a large bowl with the pork, apple and most of the Cajun seasoning. Mix well to combine and divide into 12 equal portions and shape into burgers. Arrange the burgers on a foil-lined grill pan and grill for 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Step 2
While the burgers are cooking, place a non-stick griddle pan or frying pan over a high heat. When it's smoking hot, spray the baby sweetcorn with low calorie cooking spray and toss with the remaining Cajun seasoning to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring often to stop them sticking. Halve a other 6 spring onions and cook for 1 minute
Step 3
Put the pork and apple burgers on a plate with the baby sweetcom and spring onions. Quickly slice the remaining spring and scatter over to serve
