Ingredients
2 servings
1can chickpeas
drained and rinsed
1onion
small, chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
¼ cupfresh parsley
chopped
¼ cupfresh coriander
chopped
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground coriander
½ tspsalt
¼ tspblack pepper
2 Tbspplain flour
cooking spray
Mixed salad greens
to serve
Cherry tomatoes
halved, to serve
Cucumber
sliced, to serve
hummus
to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Step 2
In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper until coarsely ground.
Step 3
Add the flour and pulse until combined.
Step 4
Form the mixture into 16 small balls and place them in the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
Step 5
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Serve with mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and hummus.
