Instructions
Step 1
Cut Eggplants in half or thirds, puncture holes with a knife, sprinkle olive oil, and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut eggplants so that they open up, and add glaze
Step 3
Bake for 5 minutes then broil for 2 minutes. Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
