Step 1
Chop vegetables (/put red onions into mini blender)

Heat olive oil in pan.

Put vegetables/red onion in pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes while you wash the rice (try to wash the rice as much as possible so water is clear - this prevents sticky rice)

Add rice to the pan and then the water.

Add salt and stir.

Put the lid on the pan and stir every few minutes.
