Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°C.

Drain the canned chickpeas and Pat them down with a clean dish towel.
Step 3
Toss the chickpeas with the spices and olive oil.
Step 4
Bake the chickpeas in a baking dish lined with parchment paper for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Mix your chopped cucumber, cabbage and baked chickpeas together and drizzle with your choice of vinaigrette.
