Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, Cara, and garlic and oil
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and spices and continue to fry and slightly mash. Move to low heat once cooked to keep warm.

Remove the core and blanch in water for 8-10 minutes

Roll like a burrito (I used two leaves for each roll to prevent them from breaking).

In a pan, heat oil and fry on both sides, then remove from pan

And same pan, add tomato sauce and flour and stir together on high heat. Once mixed, add the remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add the rolls and cover for 20 minutes of simmering.
