Step 1
1: Put the fish goujons and prawns in you air fryer or oven for the recommended cooking time.

2: Whilst they’re cooking prep the other ingredients, peel and slice the avocado, slice the chilli, grate or slice the cabbage and chop the coriander.
Step 3
3: Heat a pan on a high heat and dry fry the tortillas until toasted on both sides.
Step 4
4: Put together the dressing by adding the mayo, sour cream, water, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well.
Step 5
5: Assemble the tacos by adding the dressing, lettuce, cabbage, seafood, avocado, sriracha, chilli and coriander to the toasted tortilla wraps.
