Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey

Remove large stems from greens. Wash thoroughly and drain. Gather greens, roll and cut into ribbons.
Place chopped onions, garlic gloves, red pepper flakes, smoked turkey breast and reduced sodium chicken broth in heavy stockpot with lid. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add cut greens to the stockpot, stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until greens are fork tender. Turn off heat.
Let greens sit in covered stockpot for 10 minutes. Remove and serve. Enjoy.
