Step 1
Heat instant pot to sauté setting and melt butter. Sear the roast on all sides until brown. In a large bowl, coat diced veggies in olive oil and garlic seasoning. Pour over browned roast and add beef broth. Pressure cook on height for 30-40 minutes and serve!
