Make for greek salad, Tarpon Springs style

Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes until just tender. Remove and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.

Cut in half and place in large bowl with eggs and scallions
Step 3
Whisk together yogurt, mustard, vinegar, mayo, salt and pepper

Toss with the potatoes
