Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 table spoons of oil in your pan and when heated, add the onions and sauté them

Add the ground beef and sauté with the onions until cooked
Step 3
Then add 1 tea spoon of all spice and salt (to taste)

Add the pine nuts
Step 5
Add the washed baby spinach and sauté them with the onions and ground beef
Step 6
When the spinach is sautéed, add water (to cover them) you don’t want to add too much water 3-4 cups

Let the mix boil and then let it simmer for about 25 min
Step 8
In a bowl, mix the juice of 1 lemon with 1 minced garlic clove and 1 tea spoon of dry mint
Step 9
Add the mix the the spinach and let it simmer for 5 min.
Step 10
Serve it with a side of white rice.
