2 tspvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon
butter

Bread
I used Texas toast, thick bread is best
Instructions
Step 1
Makes about 8 pieces of toast
Step 2
Whisk the cream, vanilla, eggs, and cinnamon
Step 3
Put batter in a shallow dish - so you can keep the bread flat
Step 4
Heat and butter pan or flat skillet
Step 5
Dip one side of bread for a few seconds. Flip and dip other side
Step 6
Cook bread on pan until golden brown on both sides.
Step 7
I top mine with powdered sugar and Maple syrup.
