Drain the tofu and wrap it in paper towels. Place a heavy object on top to remove excess water. Cut the tofu into small cubes and toss them in a bowl with the cornstarch. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the tofu cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Sear carrot, then onion, and radish. Sauce is the sauces +cornstarch. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, cucumber, and spicy micro greens. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine. Add the fried tofu cubes on top of the salad and serve immediately.
