Instructions

Step 1
In zipper bag, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat & cover. Refrigerate (4 hr. To overnight).

Preheat oven to 325°

Step 2
Spread 1 cup rice into greased 8”x8” baking dish. Top with 1 T. lemon zest, chicken thighs & marinade. Top with sliced lemons.
Step 3
Bake, covered (30-40 min.) then Bake, uncovered (15 min.) until therm. reads 170°-175°. Sprinkle with remaining lemon zest.
