Step 1
In a bowl add your chicken thighs and shrimp. Cover them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and mustard and massage into the meat. Let that marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut up your pineapples however you like and place it to the side.
Step 3
Next cook your rice or get out some leftover rice.
Step 4
In air fryer add your chicken thighs and cook them on 400 degrees for 15 minutes. When the air fryer has 4 minutes remaining stop your air fryer and add your shrimp.
Step 5
Let the meat cool for about 5 minutes. Now in a bowl add your rice, chicken, shrimp, and pineapples. Cover with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
