Step 1
Put the yeast in a bowl with warm milk and stir well until the yeast dissolves. We leave it aside until it doubles in size and foam forms on the surface.

In another bowl, sift the flour and add with it the sugar, salt, olive oil and yeast mixture.

Mix it well and cover with a clean towel and leave it aside for 5 minutes.

We start preparing the filling by mixing all its ingredients well, which are left in the refrigerator until the dough is prepared.

We continue working on the dough again and it is kneaded well with hands for 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth and elastic consistency.

Leave it aside until it doubles in size.

After the dough is leavened, we heat the oven at 220 ° C.

Sprinkle the table or tray with flour and start rolling out the dough until it reaches a thickness of half a cm.

Cut the dough using a circular slicer into small circles.

We put half a spoonful of the filling on each circle and press on four sides of the circle to join them together to form a square.

Lay the sheets on a greased baking tray with vegetable oil, with the space between each of the two sheets 2.5 cm.
