Step 1
Whisk the yoghurt, egg, maple syrup (or agave or honey), and the spices together.
Step 2
You can put your brioche slices into a muffin tin, then fill them with the yoghurt mixture. Or flatten the middle of the brioche slices with a spoon or a fork. Then fill them.
Step 3
You can add some berries on top.
Step 4
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (360 F) for about 12-15 minutes.
