2 tablespoonsinstant dried minced onion

1 poundground sirloin

1 canchili hot beans

1can Dark Red Kidney Beans

tomatoes
finely chopped

1can tomato juice

2 Tablespoonssugar
This makes the difference because it cuts the acid taste, Add more or less to taste

1 teaspoonsalt
You may want to start with less and add more to taste-but 1 tsp sounds right to me

⅛ teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
If you use real diced onion, saute in a little oil then add meat and brown. If you use instant dry onion, start by browning the ground beef and add the dry onion with the rest of the ingredients. Put all of the ingredients in a large pan heat over medium high heat until it starts to boil. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Turn heat down and continue cooking for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Chili is ready when the juice has started to thicken and has a brownish color.
