This is one of the most popular protein pancake recipe on YouTube, except I used chocolate whey protein and chocolate casein protein powders instead of their vanilla counterparts. Also, I used vanilla yogurt instead of plain, since it's all I had. I messed the recipe up pretty bad I think, but they came out tasting delicious anyway. Nice, moist, fluffy. The 50/50 whey-casein trick works great!
