Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in olive oil and add the garlic. Cook for about 3mins.
Step 3
Add the scampi and cook for about 2 mins, then add the spices and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 mins.
Step 4
Add the pasta, fresh parsley and grated parmesan. It's ready, bon appétit.
