Instructions

Step 1
Cut eggplant into sections, 2-1/4" long. Cut each section lengthwise in fourths.
Step 2
Boil a pot of water and season with salt. Boil eggplant over medium heat until soft. Strain eggplant and set aside.
Step 3
Pre-heat the wok and add 1 Tbsp oil. Slightly stir-fry ground pork. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add eggplant, fresh basil leaves, and sauce; stir-fry to mix. Remove from heat and serve.
