Instructions
Step 1
Fry bacon to desired doneness. The correct doneness is slightly crispy.
Step 2
While bacon is frying, get 2 slices of bread, and place a slice of cheese on one of the slices. This is going to be the base of your sandwich. Also, put that stuff away now. It allows for more immediate sandwich-consumption when done, and Future-You will thank you for this.
Step 3
Remove bacon from pan, drip dry or place on napkin to remove excess grease, then place on bread.
Step 4
Cook an egg in your bacon grease to your desired doneness. The correct doneness is over-easy.
Step 5
When the egg is done, place it on top of the bread slice with the cheese on it. Close the sandwich, and take care not to break your yolk, if applicable (but it should be applicable - see above).
Step 6
Place sandwich in pan with remaining bacon grease, and fry your sandwich on low until golden brown. Just like any other toasted Sammy.
Step 7
Enjoy your moment if glory, and let that yolk drip. You can wipe it off your face later.
