Nandos pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Fry off 200g chicken (season with salt and pepper, I used some peri salt), add in a diced red pepper and onion
Step 2
I boiled 150g pasta in salted water
Step 3
Then I added a tsp garlic and then two tbsp of tomato puree to the chicken, 20g nandos sauce (I used medium) followed by 60g light soft cheese
Step 4
I added half a crumbled chicken stock cube and two ladles of pasta water and left simmer
Step 5
I diced halloumi reduced fat (I had 20g) and pan fried
Step 6
Add your pasta to the chicken once cooked, mix well and then serve
Step 7
I added a drizzle of garlic perinaise at the end
