Instructions
Step 1
Put two pans with enough water on high fire. In one, cook the broccoli. In the other, cook the whole wheat noodles according to instructions.
Step 2
Add one tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and bake the salmon.
Step 3
Strain the water of the noodles and broccoli when done. Add them together in one pan and stir fry on medium heat with the teriyaki sauce.
Step 4
Put the noodles-broccoli on a plate, add the salmon next to it and serve!
