Instructions

Step 1
Slice the capsicum, onion, spring onion and ginger.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 3
Add the chicken and marinade into a bowl. Mix and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients together.
Step 5
Heat up oil in the wok. Once hot, add the chicken and cook.
Step 6
Once the chicken is cooked, take it out from the wok and put it aside.
Step 7
Cook the ginger and spring onion until the ginger looks a bit crispy. Add more oil to the wok if necessary.
Step 8
Add the onion and capsicum. Saute well until onion is translucent and capsicum is halfway cooked.
Step 9
Add the chicken and stir fry sauce and mix until capsicum is fully cooked.
