Homemade hummus
Today is International hummus day!!
Here is how I make mine, it’s creamy delicious and super easy to make. There’s nothing like homemade hummus definitely no need to buy it from the store….
——Ingredients——
-2 15.5oz cans of chick peas (drain and rinse)
-2 to 4 cloves of garlic (to taste)
-1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
-1/4 cup of tahini
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1 teaspoon of salt
-3 ice cubes

Blend everything together until creamy, then garnish it with paprika, parsley, chick peas and more extra-virgin olive oil on top and enjoy.
