Creamy tuna and garlic gnocchi

Creamy garlic sauce over delicious gnocchi and filled with veggies.
I make mine completely dairy and gluten free.
Can easily be made vegan by leaving out tuna or simply substitute for kidney beans.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil veggies until desired texture ( or medium -high heat 10 min). drain water then set aside.
Step 2
Cook gnocchi according to package directions (usually boil for 3 min), then set aside with veggies.
Step 3
Add all ingredients in medium pot over medium heat and stir occasionally until sauce thickens
