Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Step 2
Cook the rice (until tender)


Step 3
Take the rice off the heat and drain the water. Season it if you want.

Step 4
Cut the meat into cubes.


Step 5
Add oil and garlic to the hot pan

Wait for the garlic to brown and add the meat and soy sauce




Step 7
When the meat is ready, pour some sesame oil, reduce the heat and cover the pan. After 3 minutes (or longer if you want) turn off the heat.



Step 8
Peel the carrots and cut into long, thin strips.


Step 9
Season carrots and cucumbers in different bowl with oil, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix.





Step 10
At the end put the rice in a bowl. Add corn, peas, chicken, carrot and cucumber






Step 11
Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds (you can pour over with soy sauce or sesame oil but it's not necessary) and it's ready!
