Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Wait for the garlic to brown and add the meat and soy sauce

When the meat is ready, pour some sesame oil, reduce the heat and cover the pan. After 3 minutes (or longer if you want) turn off the heat.

Peel the carrots and cut into long, thin strips.

Season carrots and cucumbers in different bowl with oil, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix.

At the end put the rice in a bowl. Add corn, peas, chicken, carrot and cucumber
