Pulse to mix

Add water (room temp)

Process on low until it looks stretchy

Let rest for a few minutes

Repeat, can increase speed, until dough is warm and you’re kind of scared you ruined it because it’s starting to look like its broken down

Let rest until puffy
Step 8
Place dough in a bowl/container with olive oil
Step 9
Let rest for 10-20min until kind of fluffy looking then stretch and fold
Step 10
Repeat until ready to use
