Instructions

Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a large nonstick pan over medium
Step 2
Add onion and cook until softened (3 mins)
Step 3
Add garlic, ginger and turmeric; cook until fragrant.
Step 4
Add rice, sambal olek, and soy, and toss to combine. Shape into even layer and cook for 2 mins. Repeat.
Step 5
Top with fried egg, cilantro, lime, etc if desired
