1 boxpasta
Ziti, Penne and Rigitoni all work well
ยผ cupparmesan cheese
1 tspdried parsely
1 cupricotta cheese
2 jarspasta sauce
1 cupgrated romano parmesian cheese
8 ozmozarella
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add Italian bread crunbs and milk. Combine well and set aside while preparing other ingredients, for at least 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, salt, blsck pepper, 1/4 cup of parmesian cheese and parsely into the soaked bead crumb mixture, and mix with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Portion onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie or ice cream scoop. Roll the meatballs into 2" diameter balls.
Step 5
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from the oven. Drain off any excess fat. Cut the meat balls in half.
Step 6
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 7
Mix the pasta and meatballs with the pasta sauce and a half cup of grated romano parmesian cheese.
Step 8
Spoon half of the mixture into a 13" x 9" pyrex baking pan.
Step 9
Spread ricotta over the layer of pasta mixture.
Step 10
Sprinkle half of the mozarella and the remaing parmesiam cheese over the ricotta.
Step 11
Spoon the remaining pasta mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle it with the remaining mozarella
Step 12
Cover the pan with aluminium foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Step 13
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes
