Step 1
Remove top of pepper, seed, and cut in half (lengthwise)

Dice onion, mince garlic, and dice tomato (if canned, drain)

Fill a small pot with water, boil, and put pepper halves in for 3 min

Remove peppers from water and place on paper towel inverted to drain

Heat oil in 10" skillet and cook onions 2 min

Add beef to skillet. Add basil, oregano, and pepper. Cook until browned

Pour in tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 min
