Instructions
Step 1
boil the potatoes in salted water.

once boiled, cut in halves, melt some butter in a pan and fry until crispy. add dill on top while cooking.

boil the eggs until hard, once boiled let them cool in cold water.
Step 4
chop the veggies, add them into a large pot.
Step 5
add chopped eggs, beetroot and kefir, season with salt and pepper.
