Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, add pine nuts, garlic, grated Parmigiano, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 2
In a pan over medium-low heat, add heavy cream and simmer for 5 mins, sitting occasionally. Add your pesto in and mix it one last time.
Step 3
In the meantime, boil your gnocchi for the time indicated on the package, drain and add it to your sauce.
Step 4
Toss well to combine all the flavours, adding a drop of cooking water to make it “mamma mia”.
