This recipe comes directly from San Daniele, a small town in the North of Italy, famous for its Prosciutto. I was actually born in San Daniele and this recipe has a special place in my heart. MAMMA MIA 🤤🤌🤌

Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium-low heat, melt some butter and a good amount of ground pepper. Finally add your cream and let it simmer for a couple of mins.
Step 2
In the meanwhile, place your prosciutto slices on a baking tray, previously lined with parchment paper and bake for 10/15 mins or until crispy (200C/390F).
Step 3
Boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente. Add it to your sauce and toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding a drop of pasta water to make it sexy.
Step 4
Remove from stove, add your grated cheese and mix one last time.
Step 5
Serve with some crumbled prosciutto on top.
Buon appetito!
