Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium-low heat, melt some butter and a good amount of ground pepper.
Step 2
Finally add your cream and let it simmer for a couple of mins.
Step 3
In the meanwhile, place your prosciutto slices on a baking tray, previously lined with parchment paper and bake for 10/15 mins or until crispy (200C/390F).
Step 4
Boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente.
Step 5
Add your pasta to your sauce and toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding a drop of pasta water to make it sexy.
Step 6
Remove from stove, add your grated cheese and mix one last time.
Step 7
Serve with some crumbled prosciutto on top.
