Instructions
Step 1
Mix the chicken breast with half of the spices, garlic and ginger, then mix with 2/3rds of the natural yogurt, and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Step 2
Cook the chicken on a high heat until cooked but still saucy. Remove from the pan.
Step 3
Add the butter and onion to the pan, add the second half of the seasonings, the chopped tomatoes and the final 1/3rd of the natural yogurt.
Step 4
Blend the sauce for 1 minute until smooth. Then add back to the pan with the chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
(Optional) Season with light cream and coriander.
